WATERCOLOR WORKSHOP

Pat Deadman will be the instructor of Ferrum College's sixth annual Watercolor Workshop to be held April 22-27 at Bernard's Landing on Smith Mountain Lake.

Deadman, a member of the National Watercolor Society, received the 1987 First Purchase Award at the society's 66th annual exhibition and the Emily Lowe Award in 1985.

Her work was featured in Northlight's new book, "Splash!"

The week-long session will include group demonstrations, individualized instruction and studio use.

Tuition is $240. The workshop is limited to 28 people, but there are still some vacancies.
