JONNA M. McGRAW, an associate member of Gentry Locke Rakes & Moore, has been named chairperson of the board of governors of the newly formed bankruptcy section of the Virginia State Bar.\ Howard J. Beck Jr., a partner in the firm, has been named to the executive committee of the bankruptcy section of the Virginia Bar Association.

/ SARAH H. CALDWELL and ROBIN L. GREEN have been promoted to vice president at Dominion Bankshares Corp.

Caldwell is manager of the financial planning department and is responsible for coordinating corporation-wide profit planning and projections.

She joined Dominion in 1982 as a financial planning analyst in the controller's group.

Green is manager of the bank's management accounting department. He is responsible for coordinating the profit planning and projection processes, monitoring and explaining variances from plan, assisting management in accounting issues and preparing accounting reports and analysis for the bank.

Green joined Dominion Bank of Northern Virginia in 1977 as a staff accountant and assistant cashier. He came to Roanoke in 1978 as an assistant vice president in the corporation's financial planning and reporting department.

\ HENRY J. FAISON, president of Faison Associates of Charlotte, N.C., has been appointed to a three-year term as a class C director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Class C directors represent the public and are appointed by the Federal Reserve Bank's board of governors.

\ CHARLES T. BANTIS has been promoted to vice president at Central Fidelity Bank. He joined the bank in 1986 as a commercial lending officer and was elected assistant vice president in 1987.

Also at Central Fidelity,\ Robert R. Coffman Jr. and\ Earl F. Fuller have been named assistant vice president. Coffman, who has been with the bank since 1987, is manager of the Franklin Plaza office. Fuller, who joined the bank in 1987 as a sales finance representative, serves as credit manager.

\ CRYSTAL McCADDEN has been promoted to manager of the human-resources division at the Roanoke regional operations center of Allstate Insurance Co.

McCadden joined Allstate in 1985 as a supervisor trainee and most recently served as a human-resources staff representative.
