FLOWERS RAISES DIVIDEND

Directors of Flowers Industries, a Thomasville, Ga., company operating two bakery thrift stores and a warehouse in Northwest Roanoke, have increased the firm's quarterly dividend from 54 cents to 62 cents a share, effective with the payment of May 14.
