\ BEDFORD - Junia Clingempeel Williams, age 84, of 813 Smith St., and formerly of the Union Community, died Thursday, July 5, 1990, in Bedford County Memorial Hospital. She was born in Roanoke on November 22, 1905, and was the daughter of the late John Daniel Clingempeel and Ottie Stella Leftwich Clingempeel. She was the widow of Hugh Lee Williams and was a member of Union United Methodist Church. She is survived by a brother, John D. Clingempeel, New York, N.Y.; two sisters, Frances C. Reed, Bedford; Nell C. Trice, Dallas, Texas; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 3:00 p.m. at the Carder-Tharp Funeral Chapel with the Rev. William P. Combs officiating. Burial will follow in the Leftwich-Clingempeel Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Saturday at the Carder-Tharp Funeral Home, Bedford.
