JAMES RIVER WRESTLES TO REGION C TITLE

James River edged Parry McCluer Saturday to win the Pioneer District/Region C wrestling meet held at Natural Bridge High School.

The Knights claimed three individual champions and held back Parry McCluer by two points. Glenvar finished third.

The top three wrestlers in each weight division advance to next weekend's Group A meet at Washington and Lee.
