STAPLES-MCKEE

Suzan Lynette McKee and Tracy Lee Staples were married February 23, 1991 in Central Methodist Church. The officiating clergyman was the Rev. Henry Moody. The reception was held in the fellowship hall. The maid of honor was Suzan Bacon. The bridesmaids were Melinda McKee, sister of the bride, Amber Metzler, and Crystal Staples, sister of the groom. Junior bridesmaid was Amy Staples, sister of the groom. The best man was Howard Staples, father of the groom. The ushers were Mike McKee, brother of the bride, Daryl Thompson, and Mark Stragand, cousin of the groom. The guestbook was attended by Nicki Davidson. The bride's gown was white satin with lace and pearl medallions and smocked ruffles. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gary W. McKee of Roanoke. She is a graduate of Northside High School. The groom, son of Mr. and Mrs. Howard A. Staples of Roanoke, is a graduate of Fleming High School and Virginia Western. He is employed by Carter Machinery. The newlyweds will live in Roanoke City after the wedding trip to Myrtle Beach.
