TECH'S NEW VIRGINIANS TO SING AT MARION HIGH

The New Virginians will perform at Marion Senior High School March 19 at 8 p.m. with Atkins native Jeanie Smith being featured.

Smith is a psychology major and lead performer with the Virginia Tech group. Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for students, with proceeds going to Smyth County Chamber of Commerce projects.

The performance will feature music from the Broadway hit, "A Chorus Line"; Cole Porter selections and a patriotic tribute. Tickets are available from the chamber.
