BLACKSBURG COUNCIL SCHEDULES HEARING

Public hearings have been scheduled for proposed changes that the Blacksburg Town Council has suggested for the Blacksburg 1991 Comprehensive Plan.

Council is in the final stages of reviewing the plan and is considering changes to the introduction and land-use chapters, and density changes to residential designations on the land-use map.

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on April 2 at 7:30 p.m., and Town Council will hold one on April 9 at 7:30 p.m. Both public hearings will be held in council chambers in the Municipal Building on South Main Street.
