MITCHELL, FRANCES M.\ Mrs. Frances (Susie) Mitchell, age 59, of 1622 Melrose Avenue, N.W., passed away unexpectedly at her home on Wednesday. She was the widow of Edward Mitchell Sr. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at St. Paul United Methodist Church with the Rev. Willie Butler, Clergyman, officiating and burial in Williams Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Monday from 7:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Hamlar-Curtis Chapel.
