$5,000 TOP PRIZE IN FURNITURE CONTEST

The Lewisburg, Pa.-based Pennsylvania House furniture company is looking for its roots. The company is offering a grand prize of $5,000 and five $100 runner-up prizes in a contest to find the oldest pieces of its furniture in existence.

Pennsylvania House is 58 years old, and originally manufactured under the title "The Lewisburg Chair & Furniture Co." Some of its pieces were labeled with "The Lewisburg Line" logo.

Then its name changed to Pennsylvania House, and it initially dated its furniture with a manufacturer's tag. The original tag and original finish must be on the piece for it to be eligible to win.

Deadline for entry is May 15. For information, call 800-326-9790.
