MURDER TRIAL TO REMAIN IN GLOUCESTER

A judge who is to preside over the second murder trial of Herbert Fisher assured Fisher's attorneys that precautions would be taken to prevent the jury from being tainted by news reports of the trial.

Circuit Judge Henry Lam on Monday refused for the second time to move the trial from the Gloucester area. The trial is to start Monday.

The archaeologist is charged with second-degree murder in the death of his 33-year-old wife, Kathryn Youngs.
