Linda Perdue of Roanoke placed first among women runners at the Cabell Huntington Hospital 5-Kilometer Distance Classic on Saturday. She finished in a personal best of 20 minutes, 58 seconds and winning the race for the second straight year. The race featured more than 600 runners. - Staff report
