Stephanie Ann Hall and Steven Robert Falcon are engaged and planning to be married in October 1991. Stephanie is the daughter of Mr. Keith Arnold Hall, Roanoke, Va.; and Mrs. Sue Stone Hall McDaniel, Harrisonburg, Va. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Edward Hall, Sr., and Mr. and Mrs. William Arthur Stone, all of Clifton Forge, Va. She graduated from Turner Ashby High School, Harrisonburg, Va. She is employed by Investors Savings Bank, Harrisonburg. Steven is the son of Mrs. Patricia L. Falcon, Annapolis, Md. He graduated from Duval Senior High School, Lanham, Md., and from James Madison University, Harrisonburg, Va., with a degree in biology. He is employed by Sportmen Specialties of Harrisonburg as manager.
