KEESEE-WATTS

Miss Karen Lynn Watts and Mr. Milton Lee Keesee were married April 20, 1991 in Buchanan Presbyterian Church. The officiating clergymen were Rev. G. Goodrich, Pastor, Buchanan Presbyterian Church and Rev. David C. Farabee, Bethany United Methodist Church. The reception was held at Hotel Natural Bridge. The maid of honor was Miss Pamela Sue Watts, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids were Miss Kitty Sue Booth, Mrs. Linda M. Burch, Miss Vonda Sue Camper, all friends of the bride. The flowergirl was Miss Jessica Todd Keesee, niece of the groom. The best man was Mr. Charles Frederick Keesee, father of the groom. The ushers were Mr. Todd Frederick Keesee, brother of the groom; Mr. Dale Edward Tweedy and Mr. James Troy Coleman, friends of the groom. The guestbook was attended by Miss Julie Keesee Johnson, cousin of the groom. The bride's gown was ivory slipper satin with a high illusion neckline and gigot sleeves, detailed with pearls, sequins, crystals, and french alengon lace, waist adorned with bow and extended cathedral train. She carried a bouquet of gardenias accented with stephanotis, ivory mint carnations and ivy. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Nelson Watts, Jr. of Buchanan. She is a graduate of Randolph-Macon Woman's College and is employed by the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Corrections Adult Probation and Parole, District 13. The bridegroom, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Frederick Keesee of Rustburg, served in the United States Air Force from 1983-1987 and is employed by Barker-Jennings Corp. The newlyweds will live in Lynchburg after the wedding trip to the Poconos.
