Judith B. Hale and Jeffrey M. Mills were married April 20, 1991, in the
Vinton Baptist Church. Dr. William L. Ross performed the ceremony. The
reception was held in the Social Hall of the church. The maids of honor were
Angelia L. Hale and Laura A. Hale, daughters of the bride. The best man was
Irving H. Wright, friend. The bride, a daughter of Mrs. Nellie O. Broughman,
of Vinton, and the late Harry E. Broughman, is employed by Appalachian Power
Co. The groom, a son of Mrs. Georgia Mills, of Bedford, and the late Frank J.
Mills, is employed by Schewell Furniture Co.
