HARGRAVE BOYS FALL 53-51

Roanoke Catholic rallied from 13 points down to knock off Hargrave Military Academy 53-51 Saturday night in Virginia Independent Conference boys' basketball.

Jason Griemel scored 16 points and Scott Sartini 14 to lead the Celtics (6-4, 4-2), who trailed 15-2 in the first quarter but cut the lead to two at halftime.

Second half pressure defense helped turned the game around for Roanoke Catholic, which took the lead for good in the third quarter.

Dewayne Swinton led Hargrave with 19 points and Rubin Pickard added 13.
