MORRISON, JOYCE C. Joyce Crawford Morrison, age 61, of Roanoke County, died Monday in a local hospital after a long illness. She was an alumnus of the Jefferson Hospital School of Nursing. She was a member of Cave Spring Baptist Church and a retired medical reviewer with the Virginia State Health Department. Surviving are her husband, Keith Z. Morrison, Roanoke County; one daughter, Teri M. Kinder, missionary in Austria; one brother, J.F. Crawford, Jr., Dayton, Ohio; five sisters, Mrs. Ruth Bond, Chesapeake; Mrs. Kathryn Collock, Calabasas, Calif.; Mrs. Dawn Ricketts, Richmond; Miss Janet Crawford, Miss Lucille Crawford, both of Bluefield, W.Va.; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Frances Crawford, Salem; 19 nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at Oakey's South Chapel 2:00 p.m. Wednesday with Dr. Gordon W. Grimes officiating. Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park. Donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association. Friends may call from 7:00 to 9:00 Tuesday at Oakey's South Chapel.
