HOSPITAL TO RECYCLE OFFICE WASTE PAPER

Johnston Memorial Hospital expects to recycle four tons of paper and cardboard a month with its new program to re-use office waste paper and cardboard materials.

Tri-Cities Waste Management will regularly pick up paper, which will go from recycling bins to large containers outside.

Instead of burying the paper and cardboard in landfills, said Robin Wilson, a hospital spokeswoman, "we will be recycling it to be used again."
