Kristy H. Taylor and Garry W. Groff are engaged and planning to be married May, 1993. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mike Hubbard of Glade Hill, and Mrs. Faye Sarver of Roanoke. She graduated from Franklin County High School in 1985. She is employed by Appalachian Power Company. He is the son of Mr. Edward E. Groff of Roanoke, and Mrs. Iris S. Groff of Vinton. He graduated from William Byrd High School, and is employed by Revcar Fasteners.
