UNHAPPY WITH RADIO FORMAT SWITCH

IT WAS A great disappointment to learn (news item, Feb. 1) that my favorite FM radio station for easy listening was changing its format to light-contemporary, more vocal music.

I have switched to Public Radio, WVTF, and highly recommend it to anyone seeking accompaniment to their daily chores. Two special features are the phone-in requests on Friday and sacred music Sunday mornings.
