NAMES & CHANGES

The Homestead resort in Hot Springs has named HELENE BLEDSOE director of sales to medical groups and to groups from the Midwest. She comes to the job after being sales manager of the Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia. Prior to that she was sales manager of the Sheraton Society Hill in Philadelphia. She worked in the Homestead's sales department from 1985 to 1989.

ACCOUNTING

\ SAMUEL E. JOHNSON has joined the firm of Reddy & Associates, P.C., Certified Public Accountants in Lynchburg. Prior to joining the firm, he was director of accounting and auditing and business advisory services with Coopers & Lybrand in Lynchburg.

BANKING

\ SANDRA P. HAMILTON has been promoted to vice president at Dominion Trust Co., the trust affiliate of Dominion Bankshares Corp. A Dominion Trust employee since 1985, she is currently the manager of Employee Benefits' Operations.

\ ROBIN S. STEFFEY, manager of the cash management group at Dominion Bank, has been promoted to vice president. She is responsible for marketing cash management services which help companies manage cash and cash flows on a more productive basis.

ORGANIZATIONS

\ MARGARET H. SMITH was recently awarded the Certified Corporate Trust Specialist designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers, a non-profit organization sponsored by the American Bankers Association. She is assistant vice president and a corporate trust administrator at Dominion Trust Co.

\ T. DANIEL FRITH III, a partner in the Roanoke law firm of Mundy, Rogers & Frith, has been appointed a delegate to the American Bar Association House of Delegates. He also has been named to the Board of Governors of the litigation section of the Virginia State Bar.

\ THOMAS L. ROBERTSON, president and chief executive officer of Carilion Health Systems and Roanoke Memorial Hospital, has been elected to the board of directors of Shenandoah Life Insurance Co.

\ BARRY W. BAIRD, executive vice president of Avis Construction Co. in Roanoke, has been elected president of the Associated General Contractors of Virginia.

\ JANE JOHNSON has been elected president of the Roanoke Chapter of the International Credit Association. She is the director of education for Credit Marketing and Management Association in Roanoke.

\ HUGH DALTON has been elected vice president of the Roanoke Chapter of the International Credit Association. He is the sales and marketing manager for Syndicated Collection Agency in Roanoke.

\ M. RUPERT CUTLER has been elected president of the Virginia Chapter of The Wildlife Society, the national association of professional wildlife biologists. He is the director of education at Virginia's Explore Park.\ SALES

\ DANNY CAMPER of Roanoke has joined Rocco, Inc. in Harrisonburg as a national accounts manager. He will handle new and existing accounts, manage a broker network for food service sales, and work with distributors as well as national chain accounts in the southeast region of the United States. Prior to joining Rocco, he worked as division manager for JLW Foodsales.

Also, Rocco named CHERYL EASTERLY of Bedford senior sales representative for the chicken division. She will be responsible for all sales and sales service for the northeast region of the United States. She previously was customer service manager for Golden West Foods in Bedford.

\ ROBERT S. MEARES has been named sales representative for Roanoke by Grogran Paper & Packaging Inc. in Winston-Salem, N.C.
