BUENA VISTA - Catherine Overhulser Lowe, age 72, died Saturday, March 14, 1992, in Stonewall Jackson Hospital, Lexington. She was born in Rockbridge County April 7, 1919, the daughter of the late Earl and Jennie Plogger Overhulser. She was a long-time member of the 29th Street Brethren Church. She is survived by one daughter, Brenda Lowe Salisbury, Wingate, N.C.; one son, Alan Lowe, Buena Vista; six grandchildren; two greatgrandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted from the Lomax Funeral Chapel on Monday, March 16, at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Lester Kennedy officiating. Burial will follow at the New Manmouth Presbyterian Church in Lexington. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday at Lomax Funeral Home.
