HOMES COMPARISON WAS INCOMPLETE

THE COMPARISON of Musser and Bowers in the paper was not complete by any means. Why weren't both homes owned by Bowers photographed and the property value listed? And what about the apartment complexes jointly owned by Mr. Bowers and his father? They say Musser is the rich man; that's a double standard if I ever heard one.

With almost 25 years difference in these two men's ages, trying to compare the two is like saying that a son should be as well off as his own father. If the people backing Bowers don't think he can manage his finances well enough to better himself in the next 25 years, who in their right mind thinks he should run a whole city?

These people need glasses, because Mr. Showboat has blinded them all. Good luck, Roanoke: If Bowers is your next mayor, you're gonna need it! JENNIFER SAUL GOODVIEW
