BLUEFIELD COLLEGE PLANS TOUR OF ISRAEL AND EGYPT

Bluefield College is organizing a tour to Israel and Egypt May 9-21 and is inviting area residents to join it.

Tim Crawford, assistant professor of the Old Testament, is arranging local tour participation.

The $2,250 tour includes the site of the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls, Mount Sinai and the Pyramids. It can be combined with the college's summer "Travel in the Middle East" course for an additional $270 fee.

It will be led by George Kelm, professor of archaeology at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, who has lived and traveled in the Near East for more than 25 years. Further information is available by calling Crawford at 326-3682 before March 16.
