AKERS, FLORA M. Mrs. Flora Mabell Akers, age 96, formerly of Salem, died Wednesday, March 25, 1992. She is preceded in death by her husband, Glenn T. Akers. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Edna A. Furrow; one son, Bobby Ray Akers; one grandson; a number of great grandchildren; two half sisters and two half brothers. Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday at Fairview Cemetery with Rev. Jon Bennett officiating. Friends may call after 4:00 p.m. Thursday at the John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home, Salem.
