Mrs. Clara Earls is pleased to announce the engagement of her daughter, Shelly, also the daughter of the late Clarence Earls, to Tony Rogers of Cloverdale. He is the son of Carlton and Audry Rogers of Cloverdale. A September, 1993, wedding is planned.
