Mr. and Mrs. Vincent E. Marshall, of Moneta, Va., are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Lynn, to Kurt Christopher Neff, son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard L. Neff, of Star Tannery, Va. Jennifer is a graduate of Staunton River High School and Virginia Tech. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in Microbiology and Immunology at The Bowman Gray School of Medicine, Wake Forest University. Kurt is a graduate of Strasburg High School and Virginia Tech. He is employed as an electrical engineer for the Norfolk Naval Shipyard.
