BISHOP-HINES

James Clifford Bishop and Amy Elizabeth Hines were married on Saturday, December 19, 1992 at one o'clock in the afternoon. Rev. Bill Olewiler officiated the ceremony at Garber Chapel United Methodist Church in Christiansburg. The bride is the daughter of Gray and Carolyn Hines of Snowville. The groom is the son of Maralee Bishop of Christiansburg and the late Clifford Bishop. Jennifer Hines served as her sister's maid of honor. The bridesmaid was Wanda Bishop, sister of the groom. Samantha Adkins, a friend of the family, was the flowergirl. Steve Bishop served as his brother's best man. The groomsman was Tom Weeks, brother of the bride. Jordan Bishop, nephew of the groom, was the ringbearer. Ushers were Brad Hines and Will Hines, nephews of the bride. The pianist was Doris Martin;director was Patricia Whitaker, sister of the groom; and guestbook attendant was Beth Nunley, niece of the groom.Decorations and reception was by Carolyn Hines, mother of the bride. Photography was by Simpkins. After a wedding trip to Williamsburg, the happy couple willreside in Christiansburg with their three boxers Brutus, Dalton and Murphy.
