OBIT EVERSOLE, HALLIE BURNETT

EVERSOLE, Hallie Burnett, 83, of Rt. 2, Max Meadows, Va. the Ft. Chiswell Community, died Monday, March 15, 1993, in the Wythe County Community Hospital. She was born in Carroll County, Va., a daughter of the late Walter W. and Lilly Mae Davidson Burnett. She was a life member of the Austinville Assembly of God Church where she had served as a former Sunday school teacher and assistant superintendent. She was a past president of The Women's Ministries. She is survived by her husband, Dallas G. Eversole; four daughters and sons-in-law, Lois and Walt Whisman of Edison, N.J., Irene and Jack Mobellini of Wytheville, Va., Evelyn Eversole of Rt. 2, Max Meadows, Va., Carolyn and Joe Arnold of Houston, Texas; four sons and daughters-in-law, Owen G. and Dorothy J. Eversole of Rt. 2, Max Meadows, Va., Randolph and Donna Eversole of Rt. 3, Max Meadows, Va., Rev. Willard and Earline Eversole and Dewey G. Eversole, all of Rt. 2, Max Meadows, Va., sixteen grandchildren and twenty four great-grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 19, 1993, at 1 p.m. at the Barnett Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Garland Porter, the Rev. Kenneth Fogus and the Rev. Abe Handy officiating. Entombment will be in the Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum in Dublin, Va. The family will receive friends at the Barnett Funeral Home from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Barnett Funeral Home in Wytheville, Va. is in charge of the arrangements.
