TORREY-KIRACOFE

Carl and Ella Torrey of Philadelphia, Pa., announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Page, to BruceEdward Kiracofe, of Falls Church,Virginia. He is the son of Polly K. Houston of Wytheville, Virginia, formerly of Staunton, and the late Ray A. Kiracofe, Sr.

Ms. Torrey graduated fromGermantown Friends School and Trinity College. She received a masters degree in International Affairs from the JohnsHopkins School of Advanced International Studies. She is an International Program Specialist with the U.S. Agency forInternational Development.

Mr. Kiracofe graduated from Robert E. Lee High School and James Madison University. He received a masters degree in Analytical Geography from the State University of New York at Binghampton. He is an International Affairs Analyst at the Department of State.

A May wedding is planned inPhiladelphia.
