OBIT KING, WILLIE SULT

KING, Willie Sult, 77, of Rural Retreat, widow of Raymond S. King, died Thursday evening, March 25, 1993, in the Asbury Center at Birdmont in Wytheville. She was a member of the Sharon Baptist Church and is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Jackie King of Wytheville; two daughters and one son-in-law, Betty and Charles Dix of Crockett, Hilda K. Blevins of Asbury Center at Birdmont in Wytheville; one sister, Mary S. Cornett of Rural Retreat; two brothers, Straley Sult of Crockett, Boyd D. Sult Sr. of Wytheville; one half sister, Betty Jane Hall of Wytheville; two half brothers, Jack Hall of Amherst, J. W. Hall of Colorado Springs, Colo.; six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, March 28, 1993, from the Lindsey Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Michael Hoyle officiating. Interment will follow in the Kings Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery in Crockett. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Kings Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home or at the residences of Bill King or Betty Dix at any time. Lindsey Funeral Home, Rural Retreat is in charge of arrangements.
