OBIT KREGER, GEORGE B.

KREGER, George B. 82, of 360 E. Main Str., Abingdon, died Saturday, February 27, 1993, at his residence. He was a lawyer, and was a veteran of World War II having achieved the rank of Colonel. He was a member of the Judge Advocate General Department where he served in the 79th Infantry Division in Europe. He was also a member of the Sinking Spring Presbyterian Church. Survivors include one sister, Mary K. McKeever, Meadowbrook, Pa.; one brother, R. B. Kreger, Abingdon; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services for Mr. George B. Kreger will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Sunday in the Knollkreg Memorial Park with the Rev. Dr. Robert N. Lominack officiating. The family asks that flowers and contributions be omitted. Arrangements by Campbell Funeral Home, Abingdon.
