Mary Robin Waldron of Montvale and Frank R. Witt of Bedford are engaged and planning to be married in 1994. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Willis K. "Jack" Waldron of Montvale. She graduated from Liberty High School, Bedford, Virginia Western Community College and Hollins College. She is employed by the Bedford County Public School System. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ollie Witt of Bedford. He graduated from Staunton River High School, and is employed by the Bedford County Public School System.
