PEACE CENTER TO HOLD WORKSHOP IN BRISTOL

The Appalachian Peace Education Center is sponsoring a workshop on cooperation, conflict resolution and diversity awareness through literature and the expressive arts May 22-24 at State Street United Methodist Church.

It will be led by Sarah Pirtle, founder of the Children's Music Network and a University of Vermont instructor of cooperation and conflict resolution.

She also will give a concert of songs of the environment and peace from a variety of cultural traditions at 7 p.m. May 23 at the church.
