OBIT SIMMONS, ANNA F.

SIMMONS, Anna F., 65, of Vinton, died Monday, June 14, 1993 at her home. She was the widow of Edward W. Simmons and was a member of Vinton Baptist Church. Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Thomas W. and Sharon Sue Simmons of Forest, Garry E. and Carolyn H. Simmons of Lynchburg; a daughter and son-in-law, Cathy S. and Michael A. Semones of Vinton; six grandchildren; one great-grandson; a sister, Georgette F. Dew of Roanoke. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's Vinton Chapel 11 a.m. Thursday, June 17, 1993 with the Rev. Dr. William L. Ross officiating. Burial will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at Oakey's Vinton Chapel.
