RICHIE, James Bernard, of 720 Blue Ridge Avenue, Apartment 78, died Wednesday, June 16, 1993, in the Bedford County Memorial Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Alberta Richie; one brother, Noten Richard of Big Island; two sisters, Mrs. Carrie Minnis and Mrs. Clara Dean Henry, both of Big Island; nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. Funeral arrangements are pending. Arrangements are by Bedford Funeral Home.
