OBIT UPDIKE, LAURA KATHRYN

UPDIKE, Laura Kathryn, infant daughter of Kenneth W. and Robin D. Updike of Richmond, died Wednesday, June 16, 1993. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her maternal grandparents, Bert and Pat Dunnavant of Richmond; paternal grandparents, Eddie and Enola Updike of Smith Mountain Lake; maternal great-grandparents, Fulmer and Helen Carver of Richmond; paternal great-grandmothers, Macie Butler and Avis Pillow, both of Roanoke. Graveside services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 19, in Westhampton Memorial Park, Richmond. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Chamberlayne Baptist Church Nursery Building Fund, Wilkinson and Ridge Road, Richmond, Va. 23227.
