HINER-ISOM

Marjorie Nicole Isom and Frederick Anthony Hiner were united in marriage on June 19, 1993, at seven o'clock in the evening. The ceremony was performed in Lynn Haven Baptist Church by the Reverend Jim Rivers. The reception was held at the Vinton War Memorial.

Yvette Michelle Isom, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor. Bridal attendants were Melissa Isom, of Vinton, sister of the bride, Lori Martin, of Roanoke, Jennifer Nalls and Kristi Nalls, of North Carolina. The flower girls were Amanda Terry and Dakota Nalls.

The best man was Paul Anthony Hiner II, father of the groom. The groomsmen were Brian Hiner, brother of the groom, Jeff Driscoll, Greg Garvey, all of Roanoke, and Timothy Nalls, of North Carolina. The ringbearer was JustinTerry.

The guestbook was attended by Angela Clinebell. Wedding music was provided by Peggy Peters, aunt of the bride. Wedding pictures were by Barry Brooks Photography, Vinton.

The bride is the daughter of Larry and Elaine Isom, of Vinton, Va. She graduated from William Byrd High School and plans to pursue a career in marketing. The bride designed and created her own gown of white satin with overlays of lace and tulle. It was accented with roses on her shoulders made of satin with hand stitched hearts of pearl. The headpiece and veil were also designed by the bride. She carried a bouquet of assorted white flowers accented with pearls and ribbons.

The groom is the son of Paul and Shirley Hiner, of Roanoke, Va. He graduated from William Fleming High School. He is currently a Specialist 4 in the United States Army.

Following the honeymoon, the newlyweds will reside in Fayetteville, N.C., at Fort Bragg.
