THOMAS-CROY

Carolyn Leigh Croy and Nelson Scot Thomas were united in marriage on June 19, 1993, in Centennial Christian Church. Reverend Gordon M. Lee was the officiating clergyman. The reception was held at Custom Catering Center.

Cindy Shrader was the matron of honor, and Karen Scott was the maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Kelly McKnight and Lynn Hopkins. The flower girl was Sarah Thomas. Joe Thomas was best man. The ushers were Mark Parcell, Chuck Muncy and Keith Isaacs. The ringbearer was Kaleb Shrader.

The guest book was attended by Sharon Gardner. The acolyte was Seth Thomas. Norma Decker was director. The bride's assistant was Janice Jackson. Barbara Crockett and Patti Hammel were soloists. The pianist was Jeannie Brewer.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William D. Croy, of Blacksburg. She is a graduate of Blacksburg High School and Virginia Tech. She will be employed by the Montgomery County Public Schools. The groom is the son of Mrs. Judy L. Ridinger, of Blacksburg, and Mr.Joseph E. Thomas, of Glen Allen. He is a graduate of Blacksburg High School and East Tennessee State University. He is employed by the Virginia Tech Athletic Department.

After a wedding trip to Hilton Head, S.C., the couple will reside in Blacksburg.
