LIPPINCOTT-TURMAN

Debra J. Lippincott and Charles W. Turman, Jr., are pleased to announce their engagement and are planning to be married in Fairfax, Virginia, in the fall of 1993. She is the daughter of Mrs. Diane Lippincott and the late H.S. Lippincott, of Fairfax, Virginia. She is a graduate of W.T. Woodson High School and a 1993 graduated of Radford University. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles W. Turman, of Blacksburg. He is a graduate of Blacksburg High School and a 1991 graduate of Radford University. He is employed by Enterprise in Roanoke.
