MONTALBANO-MASON

BLACKSBURG - Anne Hanson Mason and Michael Jon Montalbano were united in marriage on Saturday, June 26, in Christ Episcopal Church, Blacksburg, with the Reverend Michael Thompson officiating. The reception was held at the Donaldson Brown Center.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Philip Hanson Mason, of Blacksburg. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gene Paul Montalbano, of Albany, New York. He is a graduate of the University of Vermont. Both are employed by Hewlett-Packard in Rockville, Maryland.

Catherine Mason Graham, of West Palm Beach, Fla., was her sister's matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Kelly McBride Farquerson, of Ellicott City, Md., Melissa Don Maybury, of Richmond, Norris Bishop Phillips, of Nashville, Tenn., and Meredith Montalbano Savadove, sister of the bridegroom, of Medford, N.J. The flower girl was Caroline McKee Graham, niece of the bride.

Mark Francis Montalbano, of Rochester, N.Y., served as his brother's best man. Groomsmen were Maurice Burke, of Bernardsville, N.J., William McCartan, of Delmar, N.Y., Ryan Richerby, of Exeter, N.H., and Gary Savadove, brother-in-law of the bridegroom, of Medford, N.J. Ring bearers were Philip Edward Birchett and Mason Whitfield Graham, both nephews of the bride.

After a wedding trip to Hawaii the couple will make their home in Gaithersburg, Md.
