Jenna Nicole Fahrney, weighing 8 lbs. 10 ozs. and 21 1/2 inches long, was
born at Lewis-Gale Hospital on June 1, 1993 at 4:17 pm. Her parents are
Matthew and Tabatha Fahrney. Her grandparents are Tom and Carol Orr and
Charles and Sara Fahrney. Great-grandmothers are Lola Woodroof and Jane Orr.
The attending physician was Dr. George Maxymiv. A special thanks to the
wonderful nurses and nursery staff who took care of us.
