College photographer ERIC BRADY has been named 1993 Outstanding Support Staff Member.

Brady, son of Sherwin and Annelies Brady of Floyd, has served as an audiovisual technician for more than five years.

Brady has received state and national recognition for his work, including 20 Virginia Press Association Awards, two Virginia News Photographer Awards and the Paragon Award from the National Council for Marketing and Public Relations.

The first graduates of the newly established Small Business Management Program are DARLENE CLARK of Blacksburg, WILLIAM HALE of Narrows and FRED HAYES of Roanoke. The program provides instruction in business start-up and operation, and includes classes in entrepreneurship, microcomputer applications and small-business taxes.
