OBIT SHUTT, ALLENE RAYE
SHUTT, Allene Raye, 67, of Buena Vista, died Sunday, September 26, 1993, at
the home of her sister, Goldie O'Donnell in Rock, W.Va. She was born in
Montcalm, W.Va. on January 11, 1926, the daughter of the late Mac and Mary
Wagner. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard B. Shutt. She was a
member of Christ Episcopal Church, Buena Vista. She is survived by three sons,
B. Ray Shutt of Richmond, Gary F. Shutt of Alpena, Mich. and David L. Shutt of
Ft. Leavenworth, Kan.; two sisters, Emma Morris of Princeton, W.Va. and Goldie
O'Donnell of Rock, W.Va.; nine grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 1
p.m. Wednesday, September 29, 1993, at the Lomax Funeral Home Chapel with the
Rev. John Furgerson officiating. Interment will be in Green Hill Cemetery. The
family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Lomax Funeral
Home.
