OBIT HITE, JOSEPH MARVIN, SR.

HITE, Joseph Marvin, Sr., 32, of Salem, died Wednesday, September 29, 1993, in a Salem hospital. He was employed with Wimmer Tire Company in Salem. He was preceded in death by his father, John Marvin Hite. Survivors include his wife, Marilyn Rose Hite; one son, Joseph Marvin Hite Jr.; stepsons, Travis Lee and Robert Brandon Lovern; stepdaughter, Catherine Melissa Lovern; mother and stepfather, Marie and Fred White; sister and brother-in-law, Cindy and Danny Chamber; niece, Dannile; sister, Wanda Gail White; brother, George Hite; uncles and aunts; very best friends, Chuck and Debbie Louthen; mother and father-in-law, Marjorie and Willard Wilson; brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Debbie Wilson; niece and nephew, April and Matthew; sister-in-law, Diana Marie Wilson. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 2, 1993, 11 a.m. at the Lotz Salem Chapel with Rev. Loraine Taylor officiating. Interment will be in Sherwood Memorial Park. Friends may call Lotz Salem Chapel after noon on Friday.
