WILLER-VEST

Susan Hope Vest and Larry Everett (Skip) Willer, Jr., were united in marriage on Saturday, November 13, at 4 p.m. at Dublin Baptist Church, Dublin. Reverend Don Sizemore officiated the double ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Harold Vest of Dublin. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Everett Willer, Sr., of Newport News.

A program of wedding music was presented by organist Karen Thomas of Roanoke, cousin of the bride. Vocalists were Joy Walker of Greenville, South Carolina, friend of the bride and groom; Eddie Wood, Jr., of Fayetteville, North Carolina, friend of the bride; and Elaine Wood of Dublin, friend of the bride.

The matron of honor was Kimberly Maddox of Modesto, California, cousin of the bride. Serving as bridesmaids were Valarie Isom of Norfolk, friend of the bride; Kelly Brewster of Dublin, cousin of the bride; Tammy Ogle of Roanoke, friend of the bride and groom; and Cammy Post of Roanoke, friend of the bride and groom. Junior bridesmaid was Jessica Willer, sister of the groom. The flower girl was Kendall Thomas, daughter of Jeffrey and Karen Thomas of Roanoke.

Larry E. Willer, Sr., father of the groom, served as best man. Also serving as best man was Lee Powell of Newport News, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Mike Shonsey of Newport News, friend of the groom; Sean Cuddeback of Colorado Springs, Colorado, friend of the groom, Carl Trafton of Virginia Beach, cousin of the groom; and Noel Duong of Newport News, friend of the groom. Gregory Armenta, son of Marc and Linda Armenta of Newport News and nephew of the groom, served as ring bearer.

Presiding at the guest register was LaDona Sizemore of Dublin, friend of the bride. Program attendants were Samantha Worley and Elizabeth Martin of Pearisburg, cousins of the bride.

The reception, given by the parents of the bride, was held at the Comfort Inn immediately following the ceremony. The wedding was directed and the reception catered by Betty Kirkner of Pulaski. Music during the reception was provided by Joy Walker.

A rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom's parents on November 12 at Best Western in Radford.

Following a wedding trip to Jamaica, Susan and Skip are residing in Greenville, South Carolina.
