MINNIX ANNIVERSARY
Mr. and Mrs. Charles L. Minnix, Jr., celebrated their 50th anniversary on
December 7, 1993 at The HomeplaceRestaurant. The celebration was hosted by
their children. They were marriedDecember 7, 1943. She is the former Eunice
Iowa Booth. Their children are Linda Witt of Vinton, Jeanne Richards of Hardy,
Dennis Minnix of Goodview,Timothy Minnix of Salem and Gloria Garnard of
Roanoke. The have nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He is
retired from Norfolk and Southern, and she is a home maker. They are members
of Fellowship Baptist Church.
