BOIT-MCPHERSON, PEARL SARVER
McPHERSON, Pearl Sarver, 86, of Catawba, died Tuesday, December 21, 1993,
in a Salem nursing home. She is survived by two sons, Harrison McPherson,
Thaxton, Hamilton McPherson, Pinnacle, N.C.; five daughters, Helen Smith,
Springfield, Ohio, Linda M. Early, Christiansburg, Hazel Joyce, Pilot
Mountain, N.C., Louise Dudding, New Castle, Mary Flannary, Knoxville, Tenn.;
one brother, James Sarver; sister, Eva Snider, both of Blacksburg; 16
grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be
conducted Friday, December 24, at 2 p.m. at Catawba United Methodist Church
with interment in the Hall Cemetery. The family will receive friends at
Boitnott Funeral Home Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.
