WRITERS CLUB TO HOLD PUBLIC READING APRIL

The Valley Writers Chapter of the Virginia Writers Club will hold a public reading by Roanoke-area writers on April 7 at Elm Park Estates at 7 p.m.

The program will feature poetry, short stories, and nonfiction. Presenters include Jay and Judy Eklond, Laddie Fisher, Rodney Franklin, Melvin Matthews Jr., Dick Raymond and Barbara Fleenor Turner.
