BUCS WIN IN TUNEUP FOR EXHIBITIONS

In Bradenton, Fla., the Salem Buccaneers beat the Augusta Green Jackets 7-3 in their final scrimmage with another Pittsburgh Pirates farm team.

Today, Salem will play the Chicago White Sox's Class A farm team in the first game of a 19-game spring training schedule.

Against Augusta, Salem's Jacob Austin went 2-for-3 with a double and three RBI. Dario Tena was 2-for-3 with two stolen bases. Rich Townsend picked up the victory with two innings of work.
